Landscape parks include areas standing out with special features of scenery, exceptional natural values as well as important aesthetic, cultural and historical qualities.


First of all, landscape parks are aimed at protection of both natural environment and scenery, preserving natural values (important from scientific and social point of view), as well as popularization and promotion of these values in conditions of sustainable development.


Arable and woody grounds as well as other real estates situated in the boundaries of the landscape park are left in economic exploitation.
The landscape park can be established only by voivode’s order and only in co-ordination with proper local authorities.
